I wanted to quickly drop in to leave a review of WiredTree (especially since I discovered them while being a lurker on WHT in the search for a new host).
We moved our site to a WiredTree VPS in early January 2013 (from HG). In the four months since, I have absolutely no complaint about our uptime and/or the services we receive from WiredTree.
Specifically, I cannot say enough positive things about WiredTree support. I am the person responsible for our website's "technical" side ... and, unfortunately, I am not 100% comfortable with some aspects of that. WiredTree has taken that in stride and not only helped me along the way, but gone out of their way in support tickets to give me detailed, step-by-step instructions on how to do it myself the next time. I cannot be more thankful for their efforts in this aspect.
... and they are fast with responses too. I submitted two support tickets earlier this afternoon and each one was responded to and resolved in under 15 minutes. And, as mentioned, a detailed explanation accompanied each one.
As for uptime: we have yet to have an unscheduled downtime. Perhaps once a month, for a matter of minutes, WiredTree will take our server offline for upgrades. We have been informed well in advance every time. Simply put, our site has maintained 100% uptime with WiredTree aside from scheduled maintenance.
Anyways, I believe that should suffice. As mentioned, I wanted to leave this review because it was this forum that led me to discover WiredTree back in mid-December of 2012. Glad I did; we could not be happier with the treatment we have received from the entire WiredTree staff.
